Health Habbits

I think that it is very important to start off the day with a healthy breakfast also. I think that you need to do more than just eat a healthy breakfast though. In my opinion you should be active for at least 2 hours a day. I am a very active person, so therefore I am very skinny. Alot of people say I am skin in bone and have no muscle, but I just eat healthy and exercise for at least 2 to 3 hours a day. I like to play basketball for at least an hour a day, but usually more if  I can. I have alot of friends that live in my subdivision that are very active people with me. We always play games and do fun stuff around the neighborhood as long as we dont get in trouble. I mainly like to play basketball and dodgeball but if I feel like it I will usually play anything.
