Monster Jam

This saturday, I am going to something called Monster Jam. It is where monstertrucks race and do tricks. I am pretty excited about it. Usually, the last couples times that I went they let you go down and actually stand next to the trucks. They also usually have a pre-show where motorcycles race or something like that. Last time I went was 2 years ago and both of the best trucks, Grave Digger and Maximum Destruction, broke down so we didn't get to see them do much. I still thought it was fun though. This year, I hope it will be a lot better of a show.

My Memory

If there were an invention that saved and bottled up memories I would choose to bottle up the memory about when I got my first deer. It was a very cold january evening at about 5 o clock. It was very cold too. It was about 15 degrees and we were freezing. My dad wanted to leave but I kept saying I wanted to stay a little bit longer. When it was almost dark out, thats when three deer came out. I was excited and then I took my shot and I got it. Everyone was happy for me.

I like to ride my bike at my house. I have plenty of space to ride it on. We have made a bunch of trails in the woods to ride our bikes and four-wheelers on. I try to ride alot unless if it is raining or too cold out. I usually ride with my brother. My bike that I have now is getting old though, so I am going to get a new and better one.

Veteran's Day Off

Even though we get Martin Luther day off, I think we should get veteran's day off too. Some reasons why I think this are that the kids already know alot about Veteran's day. Also, we always learn about it and do projects for Veteren's day before we even get to that day so they already tought us enough. Finally, I think that if the kids have a veteran in their family, that they should get to stay home and spend the day with them. In fact, I would rather have veteren's day off more than I would Martin Luther King day.

Assult Weapon Ban

President Obama is trying to ban assult weapons. No one can really decide what to consider as an assult weapon though. Some people think that the term, "assult weapon" means a semiautomatic rifle with multiple attatchments or an extended magazine. The experts dont think the same. They think the term, "assult weapon" means a weapon with fully automatic fire. Most people don't think the ban will happen because most republicans and democrats don't like the idea and after two decades of trying to pass gun control, the ban is probably still not going to happen.

Hunting

I like to go hunting. It is one of my favorite hobbies. I have gone deer, turkey, and squirell hunting. i've gotten lots of squirells, 2 deer, and a turkey. I have been hunting since I was 10. I just got a new 20 gauge shotgun for christmas and my dad says he will take me skeet shooting with it. I can also use it for turkey and deer hunting. We have a cabin north of here about four hours away from here so my dad usually takes me there to go deer hunting because they have bigger bucks up there. Eventually , I would like to try more types of hunting.

My name is Clay Reece. I am 13 years old but I don't look like it because i'm really short. I have one brother and no sisters. I have one dog and one cat. I enjoy playing sports like baseball and basketball. My best subject and favorite sublect in school is math. I'm in an advanced math class. My favorite color is orange.

I like to ride my four-wheeler and bike. I have lots of roperty and trails to ride on. I also like to go hunting. I go squirrel, deer, and turkey hunting. That is one of my favorite things to do. Also, I like cars. When I'm not outside im usually playing videogames, watching T.V, or on the computer.

 I like technology. Everyone in my family does. Each person has at least one computer. I have two. Life for my family would be very difficult if there were no technology. I know a lot about computers, but I don't know everything. What I would like to learn more about is the Microsoft Office programs like powerpoint, word, ect.

A Leter From an Old Friend

Today in the mail I got a letter from from one of my old friends from school. He is in jail now. The letter was strange. He said he needs something from me and no one else can know about it. I dont know what to do. Shoukd I help him and risk getting in trouble or just ignore him. I'm thinking I should just ignore him. He has caused me alot of grief so why should I help him. That would be better for me.
